Half Way Point

I'm having a Benjamin Button Moment. My girls are - for the first time- meeting in the middle. I am 6 months pregnant with Zoey and Isabella is 1 year and 6 months old. It's funny because the more progressive my pregnancy gets, the sooner she'll be born and be at 1 day old and Isabella will be almost 2 years old. So at this point in time they're meeting in the middle.

Isabella is doing and saying so many new things now. She's imitating everything we do. She tries to repeat a few things here and there. Right now shes on "Nena!" and "Uh-Oh" when she drops something. It's awesome. I'm super excited because she's now in the coloring and "drawing" phase. So one less thing to figure out to try to entertain her. I have to get back on my Pinterest board and find some new toddler activities.

This weekend was sooo hot, we pulled out the kiddie pool. We let the sun heat up the water a bit and dunked her in. She had a blast. Gaby ended up squeezing himself in to play with her. That's when I realized she needs her little sister around.

I'm getting too excited as the Due Date approaches. I have three and a half months left but while raising a busy toddler, time is flying by. I have so many things to do in preparation for her arrival, I'm pretty sure I'll go into labor while cruising the aisles of Target. Besides web surfing, I have become an Etsy and Pinterest addict. The UPS guy will soon get to know who I am, I should start offering him some lemonade. :)
